En consecuencia, las acciones pasaran a ostentar el valor nominal de 0,02 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, el capital social de la Sociedad, cifrado actualmente en 81.628.925 euros, se reduce en la cifra de 79.996.346,50 \u20ac, con la siguiente finalidad: (i) respecto de la cantidad 8.348.804,66 \u20ac, la reducci\u00f3n de capital se destinar\u00e1 a la compensaci\u00f3n de la totalidad de los resultados negativos, estos son, 8.348.804,66 \u20ac; (ii) respecto de la cantidad de 326.515,70 \u20ac la reducci\u00f3n de capital tiene por finalidad dotar la reserva legal por el mismo importe; (iii) respecto de la cantidad de 71.321.026,14 \u20ac la reducci\u00f3n tiene por finalidad dotar una reserva voluntaria por el mismo importe.
