We look for companies undergoing a change in management (international expansion, consolidation, etc.) or shareholding (generational change, capital increase, etc.).

Grupo Uvesco is a leading supermarket chain in the north of Spain, operating 277 establishments in the Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, La Rioja and recently in the Community of Madrid.
Envaplaster is a company based in Viana (Navarre) that manufactures sustainable thermoformed packaging for the food and beverage industry. In February 2024, Envaplaster acquired the Alicante-based company Sarabia Pack.
Syra Coffee is a specialty coffee company whose coffee has been supplied by small coffee producers and with a strong focus on sustainability and the preservation of the environment. Most of its current sales come from the digital channel as well as from its small shops.
